The room is 15 x 13 feet and the bathroom is attached to the room and private. In unit washer and dryer. Gated apartment complex with plenty of available parking. Complex close to cheap gas stations and close to 880. Lots of restaurants nearby and a movie theater as well. 1242 sq feet. Unit is next to mailboxes, pool, and fitness center. Rent is 1700 excluding utilities which range from another 100-150. Current lease expires Aug 31 and is resigned on Sep 1.

You can move in before that date though if needed. Proof of income will be required. No deposit necessary.

About me: I am a 29 year old male that is working as a middle school teacher. I work M-F. I am considered and introvert and tend to stick to myself in my room majority of the time. Occasionally I will cook in the kitchen or watch tv in the living room. I also occasionally will host game nights since I have a large board game collection. My hobbies include video games, board games, movies, warhammer, and other generally nerdy content. I have no pets and would ideally prefer a roommate without any pets. Dogs could be negotiable depending on their training, but I am allergic to cats so no cats. I am bisexual so LGBT friendly is required. Like minded individuals preferred.
