Tobin's room

Hello, I’m looking to rent out a 1 bedroom in my 3 bedroom 2 bath house. The room will be unfurnished. The room is on the left side of the house across from my office/LEGO room. The laundry room is right next to your room. Also the restroom is right across the hallway as well. Everything is included in the price. I plan to get a porch built in the backyard as well in the near future. Street parking is available and there is a basketball court and pavilion area in the neighborhood.

I’m a pretty quiet person and would like someone that isn’t only just a roommate but we can also be friends. I love watching movies/TV shows, playing basketball and trying new restaurants. I work from home four days a week and go to the office one day. I’m ideally Looking for someone that is neat, clean, takes care of their things and has a stable job. Not open to pets and smoking of any sort.
