About the room
Just one mile to Old City, close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Private room in a private home. You will have your own private half-bath, and will share the full bath with me. Utilities are included (KUB electric/water + Fiber internet, ADT security). I have one cat who is friendly to people, not as friendly with other animals - so, no pets please.
Room can be furnished if necessary. Rest of the home is furnished, but additional furniture / decorations welcome. $500 deposit. Background check required. $850 per month. 12-month lease max, shorter lease may be considered.
