North Kachina

Unfurnished room with large walk in closet. The rest of the house is furnished. Property has large yards and a pool. Clean, pleasant neighborhood near but not on major roads and the north loop 202 freeway. Pool maintenance is included in the rent, but utilities are split with current resident.

Roommate is a 30 year old male teacher/coach at a local high school. Currently going through a divorce, he has two children that will only sometimes stay with him (1 year old son, 3 year old daughter). The furnishings are his (not including large kitchen appliances). He has a dog and a cat. There is some availability if you have furnishings you wish to add to the communal areas.
