Street parking is available, and it’s only 2 houses away from the community designated parking area. All utilities are included, and rent includes shared use of the major parts of the home like kitchen, living room, laundry room, patio, and small home gym.

Me and my wife are both nurses and we have a 13 year old son, we don’t stay at home but we’re around once in awhile. 3 great male roomies upstairs, one is a nurse, the other one is a pharmacist by profession, and the other one is a young air force man. Everybody gets along very well.😊
