Our apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury apartment at the Ledges of Johnston. It sports a modern, furnished kitchen with everything you’d need for cooking (including a hot chocolate maker and dishwasher). Our living room is furnished with a large sofa, a 75“ TV, and an attached balcony. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer. Your room has some furnishing left behind by the previous occupant which you are free to have or we can toss out. This includes a Full-size bed and bedframe, desk, computer monitor, lamp, and several other items. The property also comes with included amenities like a pool, gym, clubhouse, grill area, valet trash service, and constant landscaping to keep the property fresh with vegetation.

There are currently 2 of us. I’m 24, and my roommate is 25. We’re both male. I enjoy video games here and there. He’s big into sports like NBA, F1, and Football. We both go to the gym somewhat regularly and occasionally cook together in our kitchen if you’d like to join us. We could also use another for movie nights, nights out, or just talking in one of our shared spaces. We keep the communal areas like the kitchen and living room as clean as possible. The community is very friendly here (it is a luxury apartment after all. lol).

An important note is that the property is a drug-free zone. This includes smoking of all forms. This is non-negotiable.
