Isaac's room

There are three bedrooms for rent, separately or together. Each room is $500/month and that cost includes all the utilities (water, trash, internet, electricity, etc), additionally each room comes with a ceiling fan and a decent sized closet. The rooms are currently unfurnished and are move in ready. Each room is about the same size, but it will be first come first serve. All the rooms are big enough for a queen sized bed, desk, dresser and more. We may be able to provide some furniture if needed, but it will most likely come with an extra cost.

We are located East San Antonio, near Walzem; within walking distance to the local H-E-B, and many shops/restaurants close by. Our neighborhood is filled with families alike, so I regard it as a fairly safe place.

There are also 3 open parking spots with even more accessible street parking; parking has never been an issue.

The other three people just moved out before the lease was up, and I’ve already got two more people moving in. So I just have one open room left at the moment.

A little bit about me, my name is Isaac, I am 24 years old and I currently work for a solar panel company based out of San Antonio called Lumio. I am originally from Minnesota and lived there most of my life. I attended college in Minnesota for awhile and graduated with my Associates degree. Nowadays I work for a sales company here in San Antonio and have had my roots down here for a little over the past year.. My 3 other roommates all just moved out and moved to Abilene, TX so I am looking for 3 people to fill up the spare rooms that are available. I’m pretty open minded, but I am just looking for good, like minded people that are responsible and need a good house to call their home.

The other two roomates are guys around the age of 28, they are calm, quite, and stick to themselves for the most part.
