Amelia Station Way

I will not be renewing my lease with my roommate and he is interested in finding another roommate so he doesn’t have to worry about moving. It is a third floor apartment at Amelia Station located near 40/42 and the hospital in Clayton. The room would be available the beginning of august. Currently we split $1570 a month plus utilities and it’s about $850-900 per person per month. The apartments have a gym, pool, community room, lots of areas to walk, dog park, and a game room. You can also lease storage units and garages from them. The apartments allow 2 pets but it would be your responsibility to pay the pet fee which is $15 per pet. You would be taking over my room which is the smaller room but has plenty of room, a walk in closet and your own bathroom. The hallway and our livingroom has carpet which is different than the pictures but if you’re interested in checking it out I don’t mind showing the apartment. We share the kitchen, pantry, fridge and freezer but never have any issues with space. If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out!

My roommate is quiet and clean. He works night shifts and I work day shifts so we usually don’t run into each other much or bother each other at all. He is super laid back, mid 20s with a good job. He is always very nice to my cats as well.
