Immediate move in! Looking for someone to move into a vacant room from Now until end of July With potential to take over the lease at the end of July

The room can fit a full bed plus a dresser or desk and has a closet. The room has one window looking out to the street which allows for great sunlight during the day. The apartment has a full kitchen with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, and microwave. I also own an air fryer and blender which I’m happy to share!

BE ADVISED I have a cat named Pebbles. She mostly keeps to herself but warms up to people especially who are around consistently.

I’m a freelancer so I am home on and off depending on the job. But, I’m never gone for too long. The living room has a TV and I’m always down for a movie night or TV show binge. I am happy to provide any roommate dynamic you wish. If you want a social roommate to hang out with and talk to, I’ve been told by many (Not just my mom lol) that I’m very easy to get along with and I love making new friends. IF NOT, and you want a minimal interraction roommate, my momma taught me how to mind my business and keep to myself :)
