Hi guys! I have one bedroom available starting June 1st but can be flexible leading up to July 1st in a 2 bedroom 1 bath 950 sq feet apartment in the Cheeseman / Cap Hill Area. The property comes with 1 parking spot and off-street parking is available. Also, the complex has a pool and a cool lounge/workout area. Attached to the apartment is a nice size balcony that overlooks the pool.

The location is prime when it comes to a neighborhood-like feel, very dog friendly, and easy walking access to restaurants/bars. The best part is Cheeseman Park is less than a 7-minute walk!

The bedroom that is available is the larger of the two bedrooms. It can easily fit a king-size bed with plenty of room for a desk if you work from home.

A little about myself! I’ve been living in Colorado since 2018 bouncing around Fort Collins / Breckenridge and decided to give the city life a try. I moved out here for the reason most people do, is to enjoy the mountains and the lifestyle. I enjoy spending time in the mountains with my pup Bennie and during the winter time, you can catch me up in the mountains skiing every weekend. I have a good group of friends in the neighborhood who like to hang out, see shows, and enjoy the casual night around the area!

As a roommate, I’ll respect the common areas and clean up after myself, you don’t have to worry about a dirty place because I like coming home to a nice/relaxing place. Hopefully, you do too!

I’d like a roommate who enjoys hanging out around the apartment but also enjoys spending time outside and taking advantage of the beautiful area we live in.

Also, I have a pup named Bennie who will give you all the pup love you need! I might be biased but he’s the best dog ever!!
