Hello! I’ve got a sweet pad here close to Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, SouthWest Plaza, Corvus Coffee, tons of restaurants and shops and also very close to Hwy 285 and the front range! Move in date is flexible and not rushed because I’m more interested in finding the right person than getting anyone in here quickly. Please have your ducks in a row, and if you’re in a rush to move that’s okay as long as you’re honest and recognize it is no guarantee! =] I’m specifically seeking potential roommates who are willing to undergo the required background & credit checks here by applying with management, whom I have a good relationship with. It’s also important that we get to know each other before making any decisions.

About me: I’m a professional in my 30s seeking a like-minded professional or couple to split costs with. The common areas come fully furnished (negotiable if you have your own stuff) with Gig internet (10g available), a big screen TV, cleaning utilities (planning to get a RoboRock S8 soon!), kitchenware and of course an easy going dude with healthy habits and a bright outlook for the future. Background check and initial interview are required as I do not want to take any big risks and prefer someone who has a lot to offer as well, and would prefer to match with someone equally responsible and valuable.

My party days are behind me and I am quite fulfilled in that regard :) so please be someone or a couple who feel the same way about partying and nightlife! I’d prefer someone whose serious about their financial goals and who respect quiet hours here at Whisper Creek and want to maintain a healthy, but uplifting & fun home environment which is also supportive of one another. About me: I’m a 36 year old professional whose been working in the same field for over 20 years. I’m happily single & active. I also have a well behaved cat named Moddy (maine coon mix). I’m career focused, and health conscious.

What I’m looking for: You love cats! My kitten Moddy is my boy and I love him very much! :) Ideally you’re someone who is well balanced, has a stable career, and, like myself have a positive outlook on your future. Bonus points if you’re career oriented and not into partying or having people over a lot. You like to maintain a chill, quiet during between 10pm-8am to maintain good sleep habits and relations with our neighbors who are all pretty cool to have dinner / pool parties with and very respectful. I have a second fridge for bulk meals you’re welcome to use and the place is fully furnished except for your room and your private bathroom. I’ll mostly keep to myself but only because I’m focused on studying to become an AI engineer, practicing my skills, out working out or attending social events. Exceptions include whenever I’m cooking meals or winding down for the evening and maybe watching a movie, but I’m also outgoing and approachable so with someone who is disciplined and has goals, we’ll get along amazingly well.
