Nice home in the Villages of Queen Creek. Must love cats as I have 5. Partially furnished room Can use garage, washer, dryer, kitchen, yard - prefer someone closer to my own age. Wifi internet electric gas and water included. Living room with large tv and cable channels. Must be reasonably neat and reasonably quiet. Need to verify income and rental history.
