About the room Fabulous 3 bed/2 bath 7th-floor condo near the Cherry Creek Mall and trail! The room available is the Master bedroom with your own bathroom, shower, and tub attached. There is ample closet space. The condo has incredible views of the downtown skyline and front-range mountains! Amenities in the building include a pool, hot tub, gym, and club room. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. You will have your own car parking spot which can be rented The lease will be initially for 6 months and can be renewed in July 2024. I will be moving out of the country, hence I am looking for my room replacement.

Mitch and Amanda are two young professionals in our late 20s. He is a Physical Therapist and works during the day anytime between 6 am and 7 pm. Amanda works in IT as well.
