It is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom and I will be occupying one of the rooms. Both rooms are great sizes and both rooms are on OPPOSITE sides of the house with their own bathroom, AND living room area.

The back yard is huge and fenced in and I plan to buy a pool and make it an amazing oasis.

I would love to meet and show the property before the movie in date to make sure you are the right fit and ensure we have a stress free living situation.

I am very clean and clean up after myself.

YOU MUST LOVE DOGS! I have a Great Dane and a Yellow Golden/Labrador. They are both the sweetest things and very friendly.

I am open to short term leases. Like 3-6 months or we can do a one year lease. Whichever you prefer.

I will be installing a new fence for privacy all around the property within 2 weeks of moving in. The house is located walking distance to the boat ramp of lake Conway and I have a boat.

We would split utilities evenly.
