I’m looking to rent out the guest bedroom in the lower level of my house. House itself is 3,000 sq feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Private room with your own bathroom. Also have a home gym on the lower level and pets are welcome. Located in Mount Horeb which is a 20 minute commute to the west side of Madison.

Currently going through a divorce which is why room won’t be available until July. As of now it’s just me and 3 cats. Ex-wife took the dog :(
