Large 2 bedroom house with one room for rent - unfurnished private bedroom and large private bathroom. Large kitchen, fenced backyard, rooftop deck with sunset views and sun room/living room. Shared spaces are all furnished with couch, dining table, chairs, etc. Right off the 101, down the street from SRJC and Kaiser.

Recent California transplant from Seattle. Working full time at a tasting room, so great wine will be had. Dad to a small rescue dog named Casper. Past the point of throwing large parties but looking for someone that appreciates movie nights with friends and hosting summer get togethers. Casp and I enjoy hikes, runs and exploring the area while we’re here.
