Alyse's room

My apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It’s a nice modern apartment. There is also a small porch. If you would like to pay for covered car parking you can add that for an additional fee with the leasing office. Otherwise there is lots of parking available that’s free and not covered. The complex has a gym, pool, and hot tub. I would prefer whoever moves in to sign onto the lease but we can discuss this. It is a month to month lease currently. Below I will list the prices that will be split. Electric varies and is due usually at the end of the month.

Hi! My name is Alyse! I’m 24 and work at two restaurants close to the apartment. I do work quite a bit but always make time for my friends and family. I have a cat named Theo. He is super chill and friendly. I like to keep things around the house clean but I’m not OCD about it. I will probably deep clean once a month. I do like to host parties for my friends every few months. I am a good communicator and would like that in my roommate. I enjoy hanging out with my friends, traveling, going to the gym, spending time in nature, going to music festivals, taking pictures. I have a few plans to travel this summer too. I want a roommate who can pay rent on time, easy to get along with, and has similar lifestyle goals and priorities as I do.
