Hey all, we have a room opening in our Redondo Beach place. House is 4 br, 3 baths, you would have the only room on the ground floor with its own detached bathroom and shower. The bedroom is large, 159 sq feet or so. Amazing neighborhood with easy non-permit street parking. Available 7/3/23 , $1,300 estimated a month includes utilities + monthly house cleaning. The rest of the house is fully furnished, and you will only need to furnish your room.

Ideally, we are searching for someone who does not work from home, respectful, mature & LGBT friendly. Current roommates are 2 males and one female (27-37) . Two of us are in technology and work a hybrid schedule of home and office. The other works nights in the hospitality industry and is rarely home. We like a friendly roommate environment but also respect each other’s privacy and do our own thing.

You would only be signing the lease for your bedroom, and it can be 3, 6 or 12 month lease terms. The lease would be done through a company called Bungalow, so feel free to look up their terms and conditions. We’ll respond with more about us if we feel there could be a fit. Thanks for reading.
