I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Moorpark.
About the apartment: My current roommate should be out by the end of June/early July 2023. Your portion of the rent would be $1,575 this includes utilities. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom and an off-street parking space. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit, central air and heat, wifi, as well as a patio. The apartment complex has pools, Jacuzzis, BBQ/Picnic areas, a gym, and tennis court. This is a NON-SMOKING complex, but you are more than welcome to do so on the sidewalk or in your car. The room is unfurnished, and you can decorate it to your comfortability. APARTMENT RULES: Your guests may visit but they may not stay overnight. Though it is a dog friendly building, dogs will not be allowed to live in the unit but may visit (if they are house trained). I expect you to clean up after yourself (and your guests) –especially in the common areas. That means that if you cook you need to wash your dishes and make sure you have cleaned up your mess once you are done. I also expect you to share in house chores like dusting, sweeping, and mopping of the common areas. Unfortunately, the pics of the room aren’t available due to my current roommate still living there. The I posted pictures of the other parts of the home, however if interested we can schedule a viewing.

Hey there, potential new roomie! I’m Myra and I’m searching for a new roomie. ABOUT Me: I’m a full-time working woman. So, I’m usually gone during the daytime. I’m pretty laid back and easy going. When I am home, I’m mostly relaxing. Sometimes, I do like to come out and watch T.V in the living room. I also like to cook so I can be found in the kitchen from time to time. I have an adult daughter who comes over every now and then to visit. ROOMMATE EXPECTATIONS: I’m looking for someone who can commit to a 1-year lease (you must be able to provide proof of income as it’s a requirement by the leasing agency). I prefer someone who likes to have a quiet and peaceful household. A professional would be preferable.
