I’m looking to sub lease my apartment. Lease ends July 31st. I’m moving around too much and hardly home so I’m looking for someone to take over. I’m willing to lease it out from June first to July 31st. Or I’m willing to rent it out by the week.
The unit is 800 square feet Has washer and dryer in unit Has a nice size backyard Doggy door Access to a fitness center Has a community pool and bbq grills Close to all major highways Close to Glendale sports complex Has a dog run
It can be a month to month rental or rent it out by the week
Monthly Price:
$1,875 plus fees comes out to $2,000 $200 pet fee
Weekly Price:
$500 $50 pet fee
Lease starts May 22 ends July 31st
