Unfinished basement or bedroom on upper level, can supply a bed if you need it. Wifi and all utilities included. We have no problem sharing food, other than snacks specifically for the children, and are willing to buy products you like that anyone in the house can enjoy. We make family meals on a regular basis. Street parking available. Shared full bathroom.

Close to grocery store and bus lines.

One room for trade, one for rent.

The help we need/rent: pick up and dishes throughout week, weekly deep clean WITH us on Saturday, hanging out with kids sometimes (we will be home), rare baby sitting, sometimes help with meals. If you are good with organization, selling things etc, it would be a plus. We are really just looking for someone to collaborate with us on upkeep of the home. Or if you are paying rent the rental price is $800. We will be in this house until March of next year.

Females: ages 45, 22, 5 and 3. A little chaotic, but loving and friendly. One full time college student and one disabled. The children are only here from Monday morning until Friday evening. The kids are very friendly, affectionate and active, they will talk to you, a lot. We are 420 friendly and MJ is smoked inside the house. No cigarettes. We don’t party a lot, but sometimes may go out, or have a few people over oMust like/love kids. An the weekends. We have one smallish (around 30 pounds) dog. she is vocal, but very sweet though. We are a communication driven family.
