The bedroom has one big window facing the front of the property. The bedroom has its own exterior bathroom and shower. It has an almost wall to wall closet. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the townhouse split by the kitchen in the middle. The living room is furnished with all of my own furniture. We have a wood burning fireplace and a small cement patio leading from the kitchen. We have in unit laundry. One car garage and driveway parking space is available. Plenty of storage space is available in the garage. We have a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts in the community. In the area we have our own private park with playground and basketball court. There is Avery brewing company walking distance among 2 other fun local breweries.
