ROOMMATE WANTED FOR AMAZING 4-BEDROOM HOUSE!
PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE INQUIRING. Let’s get these three dominant questions out of the way:

1. WE WILL REMOVE LISTING ONCE THE ROOMS ARE UNAVAILABLE, SO PLEASE DON’T WRITE TO ASK, “IS THIS STILL AVAILABLE?”
2. WHILE WE WOULD WELCOME YOUR PETS, THE LANDLORD WILL ONLY ALLOW EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS (ESA) with papers.
3. HOUSE IS NO SMOKING.
4. WE ARE NOT RENTING OUT THIS HOUSE TO FAMILIES.
5. ONLY MASTER ROOM IS AVAILABLE
6. There are 4 people living in the house currently.

Utilities are not included but they are estimated to be around $100-130 per person.

Great neighborhood, great people, great rooms available! We are looking for people who are into healthy living, school, careers, art, good/kind/conscious communication. The house is big, beautiful, and ample…with a yard, fireplace, den/dining room, open space, garage… more! It’s really a very nice house in a great neighborhood over by Costco and Starbucks, off of Bakerview. We all share the main spaces.

Room available: ➢ The Standard bedroom on ground floor is also up for grabs! $650/mo. This room gets a closet and a large window! This shared a bathroom/laundry room combo with a clean roommate who has the other standard room. One person max

Little but about the roomates: There are 4 other roomies, most of us are working professionals either graduated from school or finishing up college. We are in our 20-25 age range and are looking for similar ages as possible roommates. We are clean, communicative, kind, people looking to create a sense of community in the house. We want to be friends and not strangers.

Here is a little about us: There are 4 current roommates. two of us are sisters who are looking for some respectful and kind roommates to fill this house. We are all in our early twenties. One of us is a student/working partime, another is working in the medical field, another is working at a non profits and another one is doing modeling and working pastime as well. We are all busy people but very open in creating relationships among the roommates. We do not smoke, drink, do drugs, or party. This is a no smoking household (of anything) and any drinking should be light, making the environment a peaceful, chem-free home. We are both mindful, cooperative and thoughtful.
