Robin Road

Hi. I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 2 baths apartment (960 sq.feet). The apartment is furnished, except the available bedroom and the bathroom. All amenities are available in the apartment: fridge, microwave, AC/heater, TV, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishwater, washer and dryer, etc. I have ESA animals in the apartment: 2 cats and a dog who are very friendly and get along well with each other. The room has a window with lots of natural sunlight and birds singing. The room has a good size closet. The bathroom is a good size bathroom with clean bathtub and toilet. I keep the apartment very clean and organized since I am allergic to dust so I clean and vacuum on daily basis with deep clean every weekend.

I am the only one in this apartment, no other roommates are here. I am a student at UWF in biomedical sciences. I am in my early 30’s, but I am a non-traditional 30 years old. I love video games (Call of Duty), hiking, going to the beach and explore different nature places.
