There are three other young professionals living at the house, who have been living together for several years. Looking for someone who is a good fit for our clean and peaceful atmosphere. The room for rent is the master bedroom, which has its own private full bathroom. Really great location in Satellite Beach only 3min walk to beach access and right next to Pelican Beach Park. No pets please.

There are three other guys living at the house. They are all respectful, clean, and not loud. One is a kayak tour guide, another works for a defense company, and the other does substitute teaching and real estate. All between ages 20 to 30.
