Evan's room

This room is in the heart of ktown, has its own private bathroom, however it is STREET PARKING ONLY. There is one parking garage space that I would be using. The apartment has new flooring, cabinets, dishwasher, and stove. I will bringing my fridge to the space.

There are two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. One of the rooms has a walk in closet and bathtub. I’m flexible on which room you’d like however, the room with the walk in closet and bathtub would cost more for rent.

The deposit depends on your credit score. Those with good credit are encouraged to apply. The application requires good credit and your last two pay stubs.

I currently do not live in the space and am looking for a roommate. I am in the process of signing the lease and the apartment is reserved for us.

The apartment has no AC but it has ceiling fans. The building doesn’t face direct sunlight so the unit stays cool. There is on-sight laundry.

The location is amazing and the apartment is very close to the subway metro and lots of good Asian food/ grocery stores.
