Olive Drive

Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to lease my bedroom from June-August 2023 at Ryder on olive. June month rent will already paid and its fully furnished, in unit laundry and willing to negotiate on the price for july and august and 5 min away from campus by bus and 15min walk from campus, it’s also right next to in n out and safeway. The rent is $970 plus a $35 set utility fee, Message me for more information! If you qualify for affordable housing program the rent would be a flat fee of 770 only and no need to pay for utilities!

All the other girls will probably go home during the summer and one girl might stay for summer class but she will leave around july
