Laurie's room

The room is the master bedroom in a 2 bedroom Condo. The entire apartment is available to use including terrace. except the hallway bathroom and my bedroom. Laundry on premises not in apt. Half of the electric bill is the responsibility of the roommate. There will be a lease for a year. Two recent pay stubs are required. And first month is also expected with the security.

I am female, in my mid 50s. Hard working. Friendly but also tend to keep to myself. I respect other people and I expect the same in return.
