Tennis court and gym is also included. The property is quiet and peaceful with large grassy areas throughout. The master suite is located on the opposite side of the house from the other master suite in this 2 bedroom house. It is a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom that has a shower, separate bathtub, and has dual vanity sinks. A large walk-in closet in the master suite was converted into a small office space with an included desk. There are large closet organizers in the bedroom. There is a gated and fenced backyard with grapefruit and lemon trees. The master suite has private access to the backyard.
