New house located 10min from downtown Missoula and 1/2 mile to a river access. It is the perfect mix of a country feel with all of the convivences of the city. It is a 3bd 2 1/2bath with shared laundry. The room is unfurnished and includes a separate bathroom. The bedroom dimensions are 9ftx14ft. Also included is access to a yoga/dance studio as well as a hot tub. The home has granite/quartz countertops throughout with black stainless steel appliances.

I built this house and currently live alone in it (male). I am a clean person and would expect the same from a roommate. I travel some for work but am home most nights. I enjoy an active lifestyle but also appreciate my downtime. Respectful of privacy and space and would expect the same. Pretty easy going and down to earth. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
