I am renting out 1 bedroom with 1 bath, bath is not in room but your own private bath. The house is 3 beds 2 baths and shared with only me. Room is fully furnished with a double bed and armoire. Room has a TV, there is internet. Parking available in driveway. House is in a great location close to everything. Patio in backyard, a park around the corner. Many parks and walking trails in the area. No garage storage. House has washer and dryer in garage available for use.

I am a single retiree home a lot I do go out and sometimes work part time. I enjoy walking. As for roomie, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t do drugs, no smoking, no excessive drinking. No pets. Clean, picks up after one’s self. Respectful to me and my home has a job/career. No overnight guests.
