Cute little apartment near Lake Loveland. Place has plenty of parking and the neighborhood is nice to walk around. Shared back porch, laundry room, and this unit was renovated right before we moved in. The lease is up in January. I pay for Internet and the storage unit.
My son and I share a room, he’s with me part time. We’re both pretty chill and he’s a very sweet, respectful kiddo. We don’t have pets but I’m open to people with cats or small animals, we both have a dog allergy so no dogs please (even hypoallergenic ones unfortunately). I’m very 420 friendly, just not around my kiddo ☺️
