The neighborhood is quiet. It’s by school. Plenty of street parking available.

This is a large furnished bedroom for a working adult. There’s a king size bed 50 inch TV Wi-Fi laundry and all utilities are included in the $850 a month rent fee. It’s a month to month contract. There are other people living here all working adults everybody stays in their room they keep to themselves I don’t really talk to anybody here. We’re all the same page and we’re looking for somebody else that’s the same.

Everyone here is a working adult who keeps to themselves.

Todos aquí son adultos trabajadores mayores de 30 años. Todos se quedan en sus habitaciones y hay cámaras por toda la casa. En realidad, nadie se queda afuera. A veces tienen invitados y el invitado se va esa misma noche o a la mañana siguiente.
