Private bedroom & bathroom in a beautiful, shared home nestled in the highly sought after gated Canyon Lake community with amazing amenities! Home is a 3 bed/3 bath with Central A/C & Heater. Occupied by a fun, outgoing couple. You will be sharing the main living areas with us. All utilities, washer/dryer, full kitchen privileges, personal parking spot, included in the set price as well as access to the community activities listed above. No smoking allowed inside the home, but there is a backyard patio area as well as the garage, and as of this moment no pets. Room can come furnished or not and there is some room for storage if needed.

This property is occupied by myself (26) and my boyfriend Russell (29). I have a full-time career as a Insurance Agent. As for Russell, he is currently transitioning from his full-time job to going back to school for HVAC. We are an outgoing, laid-back couple. We keep a clean home and hope to have the same for our future roommate. As well as a roommate who would want to sign a year lease and with a full-time job to keep up with rent.
