Dora's room

This Tri level house is located off 74th PL in a quiet, safe Marysville cul-de-sac, just steps away from a bus stop (public transportation) and less than a mile from Walmart, HWY9 and less than ten minutes to I-5, the Casinos and Seattle Premium Outlets.

The room, which consist of the whole lower floor (over 600 sq ft) includes its own private entry, bathroom split with the laundry room, tile floors and large windows. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, couch, recliner, table, mini fridge, microwave and much more. Furnishings are optional, some or all can be removed and stored in the garage.

The house has 3 bathrooms, two large living rooms, a fire place, large kitchen, large pantry and laundry room. Plenty of parking, outdoor garden space with a large yard and plenty of space for everyone. All household basic like toilet paper, laundry soap, paper towels, are also included in the $200 utility fee.

There are no pets in the home, but there are plenty of green plants and areas to relax. The house is very clean, calm and well maintained.

My daughter and I both live in the home, she’s 19 and I’m 40 years old, we both work full time and take on line classes. We spend most of our free time at the gym, home relaxing or shopping. We are easy going and enjoy sharing our space with people that are respectful, clean and kind.
