We’re reletting !!! Looking for 2 guys

Have a friend and want to move into a great apartment right across from campus. We have 2 bedrooms & 2 bath available in a 5×5 apartment at Park Place. The apartment comes fully furnished. Both bedrooms rent for $980. We also have 2 parking passes. Each pass is an additional $175. For each room. Reletting will be available on May 20 through July 22, 2024. Move in date is negotiable. Water, garbage, and WiFi/cable included. Each bedroom & bath is a separate lease.

There won’t be any roommates, empty 5X5. You are welcome to take the lease as a solo or you can room with 4 other roommates! I am currently going to be living somewhere else so the room is open and I need to find someone to take my lease.
