Hello! Looking for a third female roommate to join my friend and I on a 1 year lease for a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in north White Plains. Lease starts July 1 and rent for the available room is $1000 a month (all utilities included save for internet). Room can come partially furnished if interested. My friend (healthcare worker) and I (scientist) are female professionals who have 9-5 jobs in the Westchester area. We leave the house to work, and are vaccinated, clean and are looking to create a drama free, respectful living situation. We do not party, vape, smoke, do cannabis, nor do we have any pets and are looking for the same from a roommate. We’re both big foodies and are familiar with the area.
