Currently occupied by 2 Females - 1 teacher, 1 - flight attendant (gone a lot). The prospective roomie shares only their shower with flight attendant who occupies upstairs with the 1/2 bath. Both are relatively quiet, respectful of others space. All utilities are split 1/3 and all roomies are responsible for the upkeep of the yard & driveway.
