About the room
Parking can be an issue. Youβd need to get a sticker from VCU *if you happen to be a student) or get one from the city for the Carver area or park further away and walk back to the house, as my roommate does. I ride a bike to work so thatβs that. Rent, by itself would be $400 a month. Utilites, depending on the time of year, can range from $100 to about $175-$200 total, which would be split 3 ways. One roommate handles the utilities (i.e. gas, water, sewer, trash, etc) and I handle the internet (Verizon Fios) and the power bill. The room is roughly 10βx9β. The closet does jut into the room a bit making it a bit smaller then the other 2 rooms. It may come with a twin bed and foldable table (current roomy may take) but I think a queen would fit in there if put in the right spot. The house is close to a Kroger (within walking distance), the highway, VCU and public transit.
P.S. I currently canβt get pictures of the room since my current roommate is still living there.
About the roomies
I myself am a pretty laid back person along with my other roommate. We are both big gamers and will mainly just chill in our rooms playing games of all sorts but recently itβs been Destiny 2. We are both 420 friendly. Neither of us drink much, but do so socially. My other roommate does also watch anime so that could also be a new talking point. I do have a 4yr old black cat by the name of Neji that is a curious boy. Neji takes a bit to get used to other cats but does not like dogs. Sorry.
