Looking for a summer sublet starting end of May/start of June through sometime in August (September 1 latest date) ideally. Apartment is located in StuyTown and is a three bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. Room has A/C and great natural lighting! Room is 9.8x14.4 sqft.
Its about a 5-7 minute walk to the L, so easy to get to places. There is also Target and Trader Joe’s by the L stop.
StuyTown is especially great in the summer since there is a giant lawn, and people go out and sunbath/hangout when its nice out! There are also basketball courts and pickle ball courts within StuyTown!
The room is unfurnished. Past summer sublets have used a furniture rental place that was good and decently cheap and we can discuss that more if it’s an issue.
Utilities are including in the price!! (So price is ACTUALLY 2060 haha)
I’m 25 and am a software engineer. I work from home usually Thursday/Friday (unfortunately am now forced into office M/T/W rip lol). Haylie is 21 and is going to be a senior next year at NYU.
I have a chill cat named Jeremy. He spends most of his time in my room, but also likes to wander the house and nap on the couch. We like to keep the common areas clean, and typically deeper clean the living room/kitchen/bathroom weekly. Both of us are easy-going and chill, and tend to hangout in the living room a lot. We like to go out and have fun and party, but don’t really like to bring the party back with us or throw parties at our place. Let us know if you’re interested!!
