This private bedroom and private bathroom is upstairs with exclusive use of the workspace and upstairs living area with an awesome view! Also includes access to shared spaces downstairs to include the living, dining, kitchen, laundry and backyard patio areas. There is a mini-fridge upstairs for your use and can add a microwave if requested.

There are community amenities such as tennis courts, basketball court and swimming pool - all within a few minutes’ walk. If you are interested in these, please inquire as there will be an additional fee. We do have a small above ground pool in the backyard that you are welcome to use as part of this rental.

No pets, no smoking.

This home is owner occupied; we are in our 50’s. We are raising our 8-year-old granddaughter whose room is upstairs (but she will use the downstairs bathrooms).
