The Lorenzo is the largest luxury student housing property in the world. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans and lease by the bedspace or private rooms (shared living) rather than entire units. All of our apartments come beautifully furnished! Our utilities fee include WIFI (fastest internet on the market!) and 270 Direct TV channels (including HBO, Showtime and Starz). A 46“ Samsung TV is also provided in the living area. Each unit also comes equipped with a full size WASHER and DRYER, so that means no trips to the laundry mat or a dorm basement! You’ll also be sleeping in absolute comfort because all of our beds come with memory foam mattresses! The Lorenzo also boasts the most exceptional amenities, and I can truly say that there’s something for everyone here, no matter what your interests are! We are the only student housing in the area that has 4 swimming pools! (2 resort style pools, 1 heated indoor pool located in our gym and 1 rooftop pool with an unbelievable view of the downtown Los Angeles skyline!) For those of you with an active lifestyle, our community provides an endless array of options. We have a 2 story fitness center with state of the art cardio equipment, a weight room, a rock climbing wall, 2 NBA size basketball courts, and an indoor running track. Located in the center of the Lorenzo, we have a sand volleyball court and yet another fitness center. Our 2nd fitness center is a full 24/7 dance studio and is where our complimentary fitness classes are held. Lorenzo residents can also watch a movie in our 99 seat movie theater or take a break from studying in our 24 hour arcade! Or you can grab a bite to eat at Central Kitchen, our on-site restaurant! Our most used amenities are our study rooms which are located throughout the building. We even have a central computer lab with both MAC and DELL computers for your convenience! Printers and copiers are also available. The Lorenzo also provides 24 hour courtesy patrol and have over 200 cameras here on the property which are monitored 24 hours a day! We also host a variety of events and giveaways exclusive to our residents as well!
