As a house share we are pleased to offer shared common areas on the main level of the home available to both housemates living on the top two-level master suite and housemates in the garden suite. The main level features an open floor plan with brightly lit living room with south facing windows, a modern well-equipped kitchen with energy efficient appliances, dining room, 1/2 bathroom, a two-story open atrium with exercise bike, and spacious back deck for dining and hanging out. Also there’s a shared laundry room on the garden level.
