Looking for someone to take over my lease in an all girls 3 bed apartment at the Junction Apartments! Rent is $795 a month and utilities come out to around $25-50. Room is the largest in apartment and you share the bathroom with 1 other roommate. A cat and dog currently live here but dog will be moving out over the summer! Great location, close to campus, parking spot included, garden level, washer/dryer in unit, A/C, pet friendly! Looking to move asap! lease is until october but option to renew if wanted. One roommate has a cat and her own private bathroom, other roommate has a dog and you share a bathroom with this roommate but you each get your own personal sinks. Smaller shared spaces but large room, quiet community, roommates both work a lot of hardly see them around.
