Looking for two roommates in Belmar/Lakewood! Flexible mid-June/July move-in.

Location: It’s 1 block away from Belmar Park and less than 5 mins from target, sprouts, Starbucks, and tons of restaurants Bedrooms: One is slightly bigger and has room for a desk ($1000/mo). The other is smaller but with the right configuration I think a small desk /vanity could fit with a full sized bed($875/mo). Utilities split 3 ways (HOA pays for water and trash) There’s a pool in the HOA and a cute patio area in the unit Central AC In-unit laundry 2 carpark spaces I have a very friendly cat who LOVES people and hasn’t caused any furniture/carpet damage or any issues in my current place and I’d be open to another pet if they are well behaved and friendly

About me: I’m 26 years old and I’ve been living in Denver for 4 years and love it. I work hybrid/remote at a tech company in Rino. Looking to share the space with people who are respectful, clean, eco-conscious, and would be great to have some things in common

Some things I enjoy: cooking, camping/backpacking, yoga, running, rivers, music festivals, wine, skiing, environmentalism. My weeks are mostly quiet but I like to go out every once in a while, especially to live music or DJ sets.
