I just moved in and am looking to rent my second bedroom. I have one large (master size) bedroom with a ceiling fan and walk in closet and its own bathroom with shower/huge garden tub (right across the hall) to rent on Charlotte/ Huntersville line in really nice, new apartment complex. It’s located nestled in the community, just back behind 77 north and 485 west.

You will have free parking and high speed internet (like the highest package you can get).

Common areas feature third floor patio with viewes, vaulted ceilings, an entertainment area for streaming media, an updated kitchen with marble counters and steel appliances, use of all permanent housing supplies, washer/dryer in unit and access to two pools, a gym, parks, publix, food lion all near by

(For 25$ extra a month toiletries could also be included).

The home is 15 mins from downtown Charlotte, 15 minutes to UNC Charlotte via 485.

800 a month —Price is all inclusive with rent, water, internet, electric, and concierge service for trash

References required.

Looking for professionals or responsible students who are DRUG and DRAMA free. I don’t mind someone who drinks responsibly and very moderately but not into having house parties or being around someone who needs to drink or toke regularly or does any OTHER elicit drugs.
