A little about myself… My name is Jason. I’m 42 years old, with a 18 year old son, who comes over to visit once in a while. I’m a graphic designer and bartender. I currently work evenings full-time at a local casino from 6pm - 3am. I’m pretty easy going, kind of a dork with a sense of humor. Looking for a renter who’s mature, responsible, reliable, professional and great to get along well with. 

Must keep common areas such as the living room and kitchen clean. Must have a full time job. Must commit to a one year lease. Must be able to rent and bills on time.
