My roommate is moving out, when our lease is up, at the end of June. Looking for someone to take his place.
The apartment is right across the street from West Town Mall and a short drive from Farragut. It’s well-kept and has an onsite gym and pool.
Rent is 508 and utilities usually end being around $80 per person. Included in the utilities are: Internet (1000mps), and electricity.
What I’m looking for in a roommate:
- Steady Job. - Punctual with their half of the rent.
- Male
- preferably between the ages of 22 and 35.
- No one older than 35.
- No large pets
- No drugs or marijuana

I am a 26 year old college student, looking for a new roommate around my age. I am a team lead at a Walmart and have a cat.
Spend most my time at school, working, or at the gym.
