I’m looking for a roommate for my 3 Bed, 1 bath apartment in Belgrade. Just me here and I’m only looking for one person. The third bedroom is currently being used as a spare/storage room. It is a pretty small room but you’ll also have a good bit of space in the living room that is not used much. A bit about me, I’m 28, male and I’ve been in this area my whole life, I like to keep the place clean but I’m not over the top with cleaning. I tend to keep to myself, my interests include video games, golf, hockey, basketball, biking. The lease starts July 1st but the room is ready now, I’m happy to help you move in as well. It’s also a year long lease. If interested message me some basic information about yourself and I’d be happy to send pictures of the place and schedule a time to come take a look. Rent needs to be paid by the 5th every month, I’ve never been late on a rent payment so I’m looking for someone financially stable. You pay half the rent (700) and the rest of the utilities are split 50/50, water is covered by the landlord. All utilities add up to about $100-150 per month, the energy bill (northwestern) is pretty sporadic and gets higher in the winter. The security deposit has already been paid for so you won’t need to pay that.
