Barina's room

This is a furnished room in a four bedroom home. There is storage shed out back and street and driveway parking. You have free reign of the majority of the house except my room and my kids rooms. There is back yard space for cookouts patio with fire pit and an above ground pool once set up. This is not a party house and no smoking of any kind or thing is permitted on the property. You would be responsible to pitch in on toilet paper paper plates paper towels trash bags and laundry detergent since these would all be shared. You would need to bring your own bath towels shampoo etc. I prefer female roommate but will consider men as well.

Myself and my nine year old son are here Full-time. We have a Chaweine dog who is spade and so sweet. My 18 year old will stay here when he gets back from camp Pendleton.
